English as a Second Language (ESL) Instructor

The ESL Instructor will be responsible for: - Teaching English language classes to adult learners (intermediate to advanced levels) - Creating lesson plans and adapting curriculum materials to meet student needs - Conducting regular assessments and providing constructive feedback - Preparing students for TOEFL, IELTS, and other international English proficiency exams - Participating in faculty meetings and professional development workshops - Maintaining accurate student attendance and progress records - Organizing cultural exchange activities and conversation practice sessions Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in TESOL, English, Education, or related field - CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent certification (minimum 120 hours) - At least 2 years of ESL teaching experience with adult learners - Strong understanding of language acquisition principles - Experience with communicative language teaching approaches - Excellent English language proficiency and communication skills - Authorization to work in the United States Benefits: - Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications - Health insurance coverage - Paid time off and holidays - Professional development opportunities - Supportive and collaborative work environment
